Here’s a video link I stole from a Seth Godin’s blog… It really is possible to work and do business in such a way that (rather than trying to get money from people) the main thing you’re doing is giving people something of value…something worth more than the money you’re charging them, and to delight (on some level) in what you do. Here’s someone who’s doing it selling soda…
The next time we’re in LA, Grace and I are planning to get a motel near this place, and instead of going out, we’re going to stay in and drink six bottles of soda a day.
